Kelly Boyd is the Owner/ Director of our team, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep passion for teaching young children. With a focus on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences, Kelly is dedicated to fostering a love for learning in every child. Kelly brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education to Kiddie Kare, specializing in play-based curriculum development and staff mentorship. Holding a Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Kelly is dedicated to implementing evidence-based practices that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Her leadership style emphasizes a collaboration between staff and parents to ensure each child receives a well-rounded educational experience. Kelly is passionate about creating an inclusive, nurturing space that sets a solid foundation for lifelong learning!
June Johnston brings an abundance of knowledge in developmental psychology to our school, ensuring our curriculum is research-backed and age-appropriate. With a background in early childhood education & program development, June focuses on nurturing staff professional development and maintaining the highest safety and licensing standards. She is dedicated to setting a strong foundation for future learning through structured, yet creative, educational opportunities. She believes in fostering an environment of respect, curiosity, and joyful learning." .
Tre brings a gentle, patient approach to our classroom, helping children feel comfortable, safe, and supported throughout their daily routines. With a strong background in child development, Tre focuses on emotional growth, helping kids learn to navigate their feelings and interact positively with peers. He is a fantastic listener and loves sharing in the joy of a child’s breakthroughs, big or small. Parents appreciate his calm demeanor and dedication to fostering a supportive, nurturing atmosphere for our youngest learners."

Mr. Brody Johnston- Teacher Assistant
Brody brings boundless energy and creativity to the Kiddie Kare team! With a passion for active play and hands-on discovery, he loves turning rainy days into indoor camping adventures and building the tallest block towers in the classroom. Brody is dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where every child feels encouraged to explore their curiosity. When he’s not leading a sing-along or building a rocket ship, he’s helping our preschoolers develop their social skills and confidence through cooperative play.
